Patio Perfect

Wow!  It's feels so good to have my patio all completed now after a week {or more ;} of interruptions from Mother Nature...remember...It's Not Nice to Fool Mother Nature?  It is very satisfying to look back at a year ago when I did my first patio makeover and thought that it was just the perfect Petite Patio then...

NOW...take a peek at it and WHAT a big difference ;)

So am I dating myself here...or do you all remember those 70's TV commercials for "if you think it's butter...it's Chiffon"?

Well I'd like to know what the heck I did to fool {a.k.a. piss off :} Mother Nature today!  Was all pumped up to finish my patio this morning...so I got out there early before the sun got up too high in the sky to clear off the patio.

Found these cute little red ceramic birds at Michael's on sale today and just had to have them for my patio.  Especially since DH and I put together our patio cover/gazebo this weekend and we are still talking to each other {let alone kissing ;}

Sure do have a bone to pick with the lady at Lowe's who said that we'd have "no trouble putting this baby together"...yeah right!  She failed to mention that we would need a ladder of some sort.  Here at the Love Shack all's we have now...since getting rid of all that extraneous stuff...is a step stool!
