For many people, fall is a great time to take stock of your kitchen cupboards and to organize your pantry.  How many times have you reached for your favorite cereal in the morning, only to find an empty box placed back in the cupboard?  Or how many of you have gone to make dinner and find that your favorite muffin mix has bugs...eewwwhhhh :{  Disqusting I know...but that is what happens when you bring home those boxes from the grocery store and put them in your kitchen cupboards...you run the risk of bringing home some of the store's fringe benefits!  That is because the bugs live off of the GLUE that is used to seal the boxes, as well as eating any exposed contents.

I would have never thought about doing somthing like that, I may have to take that idea too! I am not the least bit organized.
My pantry is too deep and too small. I honestly try but what ever I do seems to be messed up in a very short time. sigh! I am working on my closet right now. The sweaters and cold weather clothing need to come off the top shelf. Cooler weather is already here in the mountains.

That is great! I wish you had a picture from your Mint Hill house...that pantry was amazing! I'm going to post this on my side bar, I hope my readers enjoy this post as much as I did! I think I should invest in some of the spice Mates, the store packages that thay come in are small and I can't get a teaspoon in the spices when I make Apple Pie!
