I can tell this is going to be a priceless sketchbook! How awesome to have so many wonderful stories in one book!

I did the sketchbook project - perhaps the first year they were doing it? It was when they randomly assigned the topic, and I got "Life in a Yellow Submarine" - I already checked it out for this year, but decided against it because I have so many other projects! Please post your pages as you go! I want to read your stories!

I'm going to participate this year, I jut can't decide on a topic. I'm leaning towards "Fill me with Stories" like you but I think I might fill it with the story that Grampy Bunker recorded. I have almost half of it transcribed on my blog already so it would be interesting to finish it and add photo's and other things. I always wanted to finish it, but never got the chance. Yup, I think that's what I'm going o do.

Bravo to you for taking on this project! Funny about your Friday the 13th first date; our first date was on April Fools Day!

What a fun project!! You are going to be great at this...Me?? I'm up to my eyeballs in Microbiology so no more fun projects for me for awhile!!!

I so can not wait to hear about the wonderful and adventurous jobs you have held!! I know I had one that may not have made me wise but it sure as heck aged me ;-)

That sounds like such a fun project to participate in! I love the topic you chose. It is going to be amazing for your children to be able to look back at this and see all those special stories! A true treasure.

If you are doing this for your children, then do you scan each page and keep a digital record of it for them before you send it in? I love that idea and would like to try this, but fear I won't follow through!
